Training methods and workouts
The following overview is to present my favorite types of training to some extent. The training methods of course do not claim the status of universal validity for itself and will be adjusted individually, of course. The choice of training method and the workout basically depend on your training goal.
1st Functional Training
This training will shape one's own body used as the main instrument and it will be carried out only movements in free space. I.e. the body is clamped into any machine and all movements can be performed in three dimensions, just as it happens every day almost every minute. We will not isolate the muscles mentioned, but whole muscle chains are activated. But not only those involved in all tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves that support the motion will be addressed. This means that this form of training for many groups’ well-articulated muscles and joints provides the guarantee in turn to create economic, friction-free and aesthetically impeccable movement. The body is encouraged. As for the training equipment, we only need a mat, a stability ball, a Thera-band and two dumbbells.

2nd Strength Training
The following section applies of course also for the above functional training. It is clear that man since 30 years without a regular training each year loses about 1% of his muscle mass. A strong musculature is the basis on which we absorb the stresses occurring in everyday life, can catch and handle. Our muscles increases have important functions within our true metabolic systems. On the other hand, our passive motion apparatus, such as bone, cartilage, joints and gels in total control of an optimally trained and working muscles. My strength training has not only visually-cosmetic effects on my body (nice side effect!), but it prevents especially the early stooping to my health and thus has a highly positive impact. If you only want pure strength training, you should be practicing a strength training at least twice a week.
3rd Endurance Training

The factor of endurance / stamina for our health and our fitness is of fundamental importance. It plays a crucial role and it is in connection with muscle strength and coordination skills essential for our body. The movement aimed to achieve training and we improve the general fitness of our body and form a secure and strong foundation for any form of physical structure. The training not only strengthens the outer muscles of the body, but especially the heart, lungs and blood vessels. The training effect caused inter alia an increase in the maximum oxygen intake, improve cardiac output, a reduction of resting heart rate and blood pressure and an increase in the number of blood vessels.
One is ultimately much better, has better endurance and increased performance. It will be more relaxed, stronger and gets a heightened self-esteem. The most effective way to improve one’s endurance / stamina, is a regular moderate running training. This is followed by swimming, cycling and walking. A fitness trainer is the best person to supervise your workout. A fitness trainer will tell you what you are doing good or wrong and they will also create new workouts to suit your level of fitness.
