Basically, linking this information to achieve a personalized and effective workout that is no risk but through which to obtain the desired results yet.

What to think when a man wants to go to the gym? Like going to the gym is not a fad or a chore. Must be aware that going to the gym is actually an investment in health. Moreover, we must understand that movement in any form, must become a lifestyle. Unfortunately the most common excuse we hear is a lack of time. I propose to those who complain this is to establish their program when they come to gym and treat these "appointments" as some business meetings. Nobody is absent from a meeting, a business meeting or not, from a job interview. Be treated with the same seriousness and training program.

What should motivate him, because many are those who come first, and few are those who continue?
Well-being, increased mobility, positive energy are just some things that can motivate all the people that come to gym, but in the end, all is about of personality and the attitude of each individual for sport. The most difficult period is just the beginning. Foot muscle is time when the body adapts to changes in metabolism, but it will be overcome. Those who are training regularly for 3-4 weeks, and then interrupt, are feeling the lack of movement.
How should a right program at gym should be? A correct program is tailored to the needs and medical problems of each person. You can not say you found a universal recipe. Even if the training is aimed to be worked each muscle group, are not always the same exercises. For example, in a way to work the back muscles by those who have problems with spine and otherwise by those who have problems. The fact that a person has a discopathy lumbar scoliosis or not at all mean that we do back exercises. Other exercises are just asking different muscles and body position.
